We at CoyRH/SEATC Clerical Services offer something unique to those in the Texas Panhandle/South Plains area---the fact that I am also currently a member in good standing with the American Association of Notaries  (AAN) based in Houston, TX and am currently the ONLY commissioned notary public listed on their website within a 30-mile radius of Plainview . AAN is a NATIONAL professional organization of notaries public whose membership adheres not only to adminstering their notary commissions in strict accordance with state law and also within the highest codes of professional and ethical standards that you should expect of any notary public within the United States. We also do carry a small bond with AAN for possible errors and omissions that may occur in the course of performing our notary services to the public.

 

I ask you this--you could go down to your nearest bank or any other place in town for that matter for free to take care of your notary public service needs...but for those important things in life that require the services of a notary public--wouldn't it be better just to spend a few more bucks to give the other party that is requiring you to get that important document notarized the peace of mind that a commissioned notary who operates within the highest standards available both parties can trust? In trying times like these, a GOOD notary public can help insure ONE thing (especially in case things go horribly wrong)--that all documents by all parties involved were signed in good faith and were also done in accordance to the law and can stand up in a duly recognized court of law as having validity.

COYRH/SEATC CLERICAL SERVICES REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES:

Under Texas state laws governing notaries public, I am required to post my notary commission in a prominent place. Since I personally do not operate this enterprise in a fixed office, this is about as prominent of a place as you will probably get to give you my CERTIFIED documentation of my commission as a Texas notary public by the Secretary of State of Texas. The below picture shows my most recent renewal of my commission. I also have a signed and notarized copy of my commission certificate that I keep in my notary supplies materials at all times available for your in-person viewing upon request.
